Synergy on Broadway Classroom Guidelines
All classes at Synergy on Broadway are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted in the class descriptions. The doors will be locked 10 minutes after starting the class, so please be on time. Please refrain from leaving during Savasana (final relaxation in yoga classes) as it is disruptive to others. If necessary, leave before Savasana.

For all exercise classes (yoga, Pilates, tai chi and dance), wear comfortable fitted clothing and bare feet.

Exercise classes are best practiced on an empty stomach and bladder.

Personal sticky mats are available to purchase, you may bring your own or use our loaner mats for $3. Loaner mats are sanitized after each use.

Please make sure all cell phones are turned off for the duration of the class. Leave all external distractions outside of the studio.

In consideration of other students please refrain from wearing perfume or coming to class unshowered as both body odor or fragrance can be overwhelming in the studio.
