Class Descriptions

Flow Yoga An active, flowing vinyasa style yoga class that focuses on proper alignment and the breath to increase strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health and self awareness. Modifications will be given so we can all feel successful in this class. All levels.  (90 minutes)
Mat Pilates Focusing on the core or “powerhouse”, Pilates exercises will lengthen and strengthen the muscles of the entire body, improving posture and coordination. All levels.
